About Riette Jenkins

Riette Jenkins specializes in premium, high-end properties, in Wailea, Makena, North Shore and Upcountry Maui. She has been a Realtor-Broker on Maui since 1988. Recognized as one of Hawaii’s Top 100 Realtors, Riette was with a local Coldwell Banker brokerage for nearly 15 years until 2015 when she had the opportunity to open up a boutique real estate brokerage in Wailea. When that brokerage was purchased by another franchise, she came back to Coldwell Banker Island Properties to spearhead its sales efforts for the Global Luxury division. 

The fact that Riette consistently ranks among Hawaii’s top agents in multi-million dollar sales is directly attributable to her intimate knowledge of the Maui marketplace and her genuine affinity for working with people, buyers and sellers alike.
